My Story

As a native of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, I grew up learning from my grandmother who cared for anyone in the village needing a nurturing hand how to listen and be compassionate. I was especially fascinated by the love and care she would give new families during one of the most delicate and transforming time of their lives.

This led to a life-long passion of learning and caring for new parents along with their newborns.Growing up, I always had a natural inclination towards caring for families. Whether it was helping with younger siblings or babysitting for friends and neighbors, I found great satisfaction in being there for others during vulnerable times.

As I transitioned into adulthood, I realized that my passion for supporting families extended specifically to the postpartum period. This realization led me on a path to become a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist. Through extensive training and hands-on experience, I have honed my skills in providing physical, emotional, and informational support to new parents and their newborns.

Becoming a postpartum doula has allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative journey of parenthood and provide the guidance and reassurance that families need during this delicate time. I feel privileged to be a part of this remarkable chapter in a family's life, and I am committed to empowering and nurturing them throughout their postpartum experience.
